The present investigation presents the results of an empirical study of factors of resources actualization (intra subjective and extra subjective) with reference to professional career (20 to 65 years) in representatives of various professions, carried out on a sample of 147 successful professionals aged 31–47 years, holding positions ranging from specialists to general director (managers – 68 people. accountants – 36 people, private entrepreneurs – 43 pers.).
