There is the analysis of the researches, devoted to influence of divorce of parents on development of the person of teenagers is leading by the Author It is marked, that divorce of parents is the main negative event in a life of the teenager. The problems most often meeting in families, gone through divorce, and their characteristic displays are listed. There are presented major factors influencing consequences of divorce of parents for the teenager. The interrelation between conflicts in family and propensity of teenagers to associal behaviour.

In this article there are results of studying of theoretical views to the nature and to the matter of the interpersonal conflict developed into foreign psychology. It is given particular consideration to the analysis of conflict’s theories formed into the theme of psychoanalysis, behaviourism and cognitive psychology.

The article presents the results of the study of conflict competence formation among teachers of pre-school educational institutions. The results of the empirical study were obtained on the basis of preschool educational institution in Saratov, using following diagnostic tools: K. N. Thomas «Conflict Mode Instrument», express-method for assessing the psychological climate among staff (A. Mikhailyuk, L. Yu.
