The cognitive ideal of the attitude towards the other in S. L. Frank’s concept of spirituality: Theoretical and methodological foundations. Part 1

Relevance: Socio-psychological studies of spirituality are a priority amidst the current liminal stage of social development. Such studies are crucial for identifying the core foundations of social psychology at the level of spiritual characteristics responsible for the psychocultural health of various social groups. Purpose: to present the foundations of a socio-psychological approach to the empirical study of the cognitive aspect of spirituality.

Актуальность. Социально-психологические исследования феномена духовности относятся к приоритетным в условиях лиминального этапа общественного развития, поскольку позволяют выявить фундаментальные основы общественной психологии на уровне ее духовных характеристик, отвечающих за психокультурное здоровье различных социальных групп. Цель. Представить результаты разработки оснований социально-психологического подхода к эмпирическому исследованию познавательного аспекта духовности. Результаты.

Hero as a Cultural Signifier

The article presents theoretical analysis of the Hero’s role at personal, social, and cultural levels of analysis. The article examines psycho­logical theories and concepts, which cause problems in the interac­tion between «I» and «Other». It also shows the perspectiveness of studying Hero’s image as an ethical and axiological standard, indi­cator of cultural level of social development. The article shows that representations of the Hero are transformed under the influence of different factors, but at the same time they always act as a sense bearing meaning, i.e.
