In article it is proved, that by one of the major concepts which value substantially defines consciousness of modern youth, the concept «ussia» is. The author presents experimental research materials on revealing and the description of value of concept «ussia» at youth. Specificity of the given value at senior pupils and students depending on socialisation conditions is defined: the maintenance and volume of mastered knowledge, features of subculture, spheres of interaction of representatives of groups with other people, interpersonal mutual relations in group etc.

The description of the self-relation, success in interdependence and interference in the course of professional socialisationis given. It is underlined, that the relation to success of the trade can influence the self-relation in the same degree, as well as the self-relation can influence emotionally-estimated characteristics of success.
