The article considers the issues of innovation techniques’ implementation in the system of vocational-career training of mentally handicapped students. The circumstances, which predetermine the specifics of organization of professionally orientation work.
In this paper the model of the individual educational trajectory of student of University is proposed. This model has an empirical nature and lets to control the process and the content of student learning taking into account of his individual characteristics and the predictions of his potential careers.
