In this abstract the author considers 5 strategies of pedagogical accompaniment of students’ communicative development while learning the English language: moderating (first-year students), agreement (second-year students), facilitation (thirdyear students), cooperation (fourth-year students) and coaching (fifth-year students). The key role of a lecturer is to advance his students communicatively for them to be able to be in great demand in today’s society.
