In the article cognitive feature of conflict competency is considered; the types of implicit theory of interpersonal conflict are revealed and described; the types of implicit theory of interpersonal conflict’s correlation with emotional, behavioral and axiological conflict competency’s components is defined; the comparative analysis of people groups with various types of implicit theory of interpersonal conflict is conducted.
