In this article the problem of subjective well-being of the person in aspect of social-psychological adaptation is consi dered. Results of empirical research of interrelation of adaptedness and components of subjective well-being are submitted. It is shown, that on the one hand subjective well-being acts as internal criterion of adaptedness, with another – is one of factors, influencing on the process of social-psychological adaptation of the person.
