Some Aspects of the Analysis of Internal Conflicts from a Position of the System Approach

In the article we consider the understanding of inner conflicts from a position of methodology system the approach. We make the conclusion, that process development of the person inner conflicts can generate a conditions of « constructive chaos» which can determine processes of self-organizing. The person should possess property of an openness in an external world and creation.
