Развитая личностная рефлексия как необходимый критерий успешной деятельности психолога

Актуальность исследования определяется возрастающим вниманием к влиянию личности практикующего психолога на его успешную профессиональную деятельность. Целью исследования является теоретическое рассмотрение концепций личностной рефлексии в контексте деятельности практикующего психолога, определение важности развития личностной рефлексии для безошибочной, успешной деятельности психолога.

Development Factors of Future Specialists’ Competitiveness

The paper presents the findings of a theoretical analysis of the formation of a specialist’s competitiveness in the context of a changing society. It presents the results of an empirical study that involved a sample of students (two academic groups of third-year students of Saratov Socio-Economic Institute (branch) of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (N = 59)) and used the following psychognostic instruments: «I am a leader» (A. N. Lutoshkin) and the Rokeach Value Survey (M. Rokeach).

Professional Growth of Teachers as Factor of Improvement of Quality of Preschool Education

The theoretical analysis of a problem of professional growth of the preschool teacher is submitted. Professional growth of the teacher is considered by the author as a necessary condition ensuring quality of preschool education. Professional growth is understood as con­tinuous process of acquisition of professional skill, increase of level of competence of pedagogical activity. The main conditions of pro­fessional growth of heads and teachers of the preschool educational organizations are considered.

The article analyses present-day state of the career development system and takes into account fundamentalization of education. The acmeological approach to the development of fundamental education is considered from the point of view of creating a spiritual product, i.e. solving professional problems. Productivity, where knowledge, competence, skill are compared with physical, mental, acmeological neoplasms in the traits of personalities of the participants in the educational process, is considered to be the main feature of fundamental education.
