Special emphasis in the methodical part of research program is placed on the next significant adaptation factors: the content of migration motives and their hierarchy, the correspondence of the dominant value orientations with the motives of migration behavior, the existence and nature of nostalgic feelings, the level of subjective well-being, satisfaction degree with different aspects of life, including relations with host population, attitude actualization towards establishing the widest relations with new environment and preserving the characteristics that distinguish compatriots from indigene (receiving) community.
