Abstract:

Research focuses on studying social representations of students about conscience. The use of two complementary research methods of social representations reveals both conscious and rational opinions about the young people of conscience and poorly conscious meanings and associations connected with the phenomenon of conscience. The results showed that the core of representations of young people of conscience has a positively stained category as a conscious and the conscious in weak form. However, in weakly conscious representations of conscience are more frequently observed elements with negative emotional overtones. Method P. Verg?s shows the trend of change of the core of representations of this social group in the future. It was found that along with positive categories in the core can enter category with negative emotional load (pangs of conscience», «torments», «lack of conscience»), which indicates that the threat of deterioration of the moral consciousness of young people in the future.
