Профессиональная идентичность как фактор отношения к межпрофессиональной интеграции: обзор современных зарубежных исследований
Актуальность исследования определяется необходимостью преодоления барьеров межпрофессионального взаимодействия в условиях глобальных интеграционных процессов, включая международное сотрудничество и междисциплинарные проекты. Цель: систематизация современных зарубежных исследований для выявления механизмов влияния профессиональной идентичности на межпрофессиональное взаимодействие и обозначение направлений интервенций. Методы (инструменты): тематический контент-анализ публикаций результатов и обсуждений оригинальных качественных и смешанных исследований среди студентов и специалистов различных сфер из баз данных ResearchGate, Sagepub, Wiley Journals Database, Springer Link, Medline, Scopus и Google Scholar по ключевым терминам: «professional identity», «integration attitudes», «interprofessional collaboration», «intergroup contact», «intergroup threat». Результаты: установлено двойственное влияние профессиональной идентичности: высокая выраженность усиливает внутригрупповую сплоченность, но активирует стереотипы (авто- и гетеростереотипы), снижая доверие и открытость к аутгруппам в медицине, образовании, IT и производстве. Теория расширенной профессиональной идентичности (EPIT) объясняет сосуществование профессиональной и интерпрофессиональной идентичностей. Образовательные программы и наставничество преодолевают барьеры, повышая готовность к интеграции. Основные выводы: показано, что формирование гибкой интерпрофессиональной идентичности минимизирует конфликты и улучшает командную эффективность. Рекомендовано внедрение тренингов по деконструкции стереотипов, ротации ролей и рефлексивных обсуждений в образовательные программы вузов и корпоративные практики для оптимизации межпрофессионального сотрудничества. Практическая значимость: результаты исследования имеют прикладное значение для оптимизации интеграционных процессов в межпрофессиональных командах: способствуют формированию гибкой профессиональной идентичности, снижению стереотипных барьеров, повышению доверия и командной эффективности в условиях междисциплинарного и международного сотрудничества.
