Features of Designing of a Vital Field as Aspect of Personal and Professsional Self-determination at Youthful Age

The problem of professional and personal self-determination is considered on the basis of the comparative analysis of representations about a vital floor of the person. The article considers the research data of features of vital plans, a degree of their realness and depth in two groups differing are cited by a level of completeness of a picture of self-determination.

Preparing Teachers to Work with Senior High School Students on their Personal Self-Determination

Based on prognostic estimates of today’s teachers’ work, the paper identifies ways to design their work with students on their personal self-determination. In order to do this, training objectives for different levels are identified, which allows to plan their step-by-step implementation based on feedback, ensuring that educational results are achieved.
