Pedagogics of Summer Recreation: Children’s Life Quality Optimization

In the article the notion «foster children quality of life» as a pedagogical phenomenon is revealed. The ways of children development in the conditions of countryside educational-health-improving institution, its difference from schools are based. The pedagogical approaches of foster-children’s quality of life optimization are considered, also teacher training system for the effective interaction with children is regarded.

Health-Forming Education as a Subject of Modern Teacher’s Training

The article presents the author’s concept regarding complex formation of sociocultural phenomenon «Health» in pupils in the course of educational process. It proposes a fundamentally new base of categories and concepts («health», «healthy lifestyle», «internal picture of health and «vitality»). The study shows the relationship between this base of categories, concepts, and other pedagogical concepts. An integrative pedagogical model of formation of social and cultural phenomenon «health» in ontogeny is disclosed.

Psychological Rehabilitation of Families with Children with Health Limitations

The paper presents an approach developed by the author of the study to addressing special features of the attitude to diseases and health conditions of different groups of people, including children and families with disabilities, and to addressing the problems and components of their rehabilitation. The study directs special attention at understanding as the leading modality of productive comprehension of health problems and their transformation, which is an important component of a person’s recovery and healing and his/her relationship with oneself and the world.

Methodology of Physical Education (Sociocultural Approach)

Based on the sociocultural approach to the study of pedagogical definitions, this paper provides the new pedagogical meaning of the sociocultural phenomenon of «physical culture» and its constituent components. Physical education objectives and outcomes were specified, as well as the category «individual physical education» was introduced. The necessity of use of several instruments in education in the field of physical culture (physical activity and solution of lifeaffirming situations) was explained.
