Soteriological Technique of Assessing the Heads Leadership Qualities Level

Abstract: 

In this article the author’s diagnostics technique of the development level of leadership qualities of the head is presented. It belongs to the class of order methods created for the assessment of various aspects of organizational culture in the mode of dialogue of the respondent and psychologist. This technique called soteriological because it is focused on the work with the identity level of the leader of the organization («internal» order of organizational culture). Basic aspects of a sotering, concept of spiritual leadership and soteriological function of power are presented. Design features of a soteriological technique including such characteristics as the order type of the leader identity and suborder aspects of leadership skills, «Lao – scale» with the level gradation of leadership qualities development («the best» – «worse» – «even worse» – «the worst») and allocation of two areas of psychotherapeutic condition of imperious function of the leader – area of psychotherapeutic health and area of a psychotherapeutic illness of the leader, are shown. The sufficient level of leadership qualities development of the head is presented by the area of psychotherapeutic health. The procedure of the autodiagnostics of the level of leadership qualities development of the head including filling of questionnaires, processing and analysis of the obtained data is described in detail. The conclusion about a possibility of application of a soteriological technique both in order projects for change of organizational culture and in the autonomous mode is drawn.
